Chinese Dumpling-making Party (for 12 adults)
Chinese dumplings are a common Chinese meal, and dumpling-making parties are a beloved tradition in China, especially at Chinese New Year. Learn how to prepare the filling, fold and crimp, and best of all, enjoy the delicious dumplings and delightful company!
Cocktails with an Asian twist will be provided, and though they are not really part of the Chinese tradition, they are lots of fun! (Flower blossom tea will also be provided for those seeking greater authenticity and better shaped dumplings.)
Hosted on Saturday, October 16 from 4-7 PM by parents Shui Wong, Patricia Mok and teacher Anna Wong.
Cost is $50 per person with a limit of 12 people. All proceeds go directly to Jefferson Elementary School.
